How to Configure Notifications
Email notifications are enabled by default and require no setup. Notifications are sent from a Chronicaly system address on your behalf.
To review which notifications are active for your location, go to Settings → Notifications.
Customer Email Address
Customer email addresses are collected as optional information during the booking process. If a customer does not provide an email address, no email notifications are sent to them.
Encourage customers to provide their email address during booking to ensure they receive confirmation and reminder notifications.
SMS Notifications
SMS text message notifications are available as a paid add-on. SMS notifications are sent to the customer's mobile number provided during booking.
