Marketing Link Generator
The Marketing Link Generator creates trackable versions of your Public Booking Page URL. Each link is tagged with a source and optional campaign name so you can see exactly which marketing efforts are driving appointments.
Why Use Trackable Links
A single booking link works fine for one channel. But if you are advertising on Google, posting on Facebook, handing out flyers, and getting referrals — you want to know which of those is actually bringing in bookings.
Trackable links give each channel its own unique URL. When a customer books through that link, Chronicaly records the source so you can see the breakdown in your Marketing Dashboard.
How to Create a Trackable Link
- Go to Marketing → Link Generator
- Select a Source from the dropdown
- Optionally enter a Campaign Name
- Click Generate Link
- Copy the link and use it in your marketing
Available Sources
Chronicaly includes over 20 pre-configured source options:
- Digital: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Yelp, Nextdoor, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Email
- Print and Outdoor: Direct Mail, Print Ads, Yard Sign, Door Hanger, Vehicle Wrap
- Broadcast: Radio, TV
- Other: Referral, and more
Using Campaign Names
Campaign names let you track variations within a single source. For example:

Campaign names are optional. If you do not need to track variations, leave the field blank.
Viewing Attribution Results
Go to Marketing → Dashboard to see how many bookings each source and campaign has generated. The dashboard shows:
- Total bookings by source
- Bookings by campaign
- Booking trend over time by source
